Description

34th Annual General Assembly & Leadership Address featuring Adm. William H. McRaven, US Navy (Ret.) will be at the Pechanga Resort and Casino on June 12, 2025.

Sponsorships are available now.

Various sponsorship opportunities are available that include seats to the General Assembly. Some levels of sponsorship include tickets to the sponsor exclusive Speaker's Reception.

Registration Information:

  1. Individual tickets may be purchased on their own or added on to any sponsorship purchase.
  2. You will have the option to pay now via credit card or to receive an invoice to pay by check.
  3. You will immediately receive a confirmation email that includes your invoice (if chosen) and additional information. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder. For further assistance, please contact generalassembly@wrcog.us.
  4. In order to log in and edit attendees for sponsorships, you will need an account. A separate email will be sent to create a GrowthZone account, please do so promptly to ensure access to your sponsorship.
  5. To ensure a smooth experience at the event, please submit your attendee information by May 12, 2025.
  6. For any ad purchases or sponsorships that include ads: All ads must include a 1/8” bleed. Please send your completed ad to generalassembly@wrcog.us by May 1st, 2025. Ad specs are as follows:
    • Platinum Sponsorship: Full-page ad (8.5" w x 11" h)
    • Gold & Silver Sponsorship: Half-page ad (8.5" w x 5.5" h)
    • Bronze Sponsorship: Quarter-page ad (4.25" w x 5.5" h)
  7. Sponsorships are non-refundable. 
  8. Dinner options are as follows (Please indicate any allergies to nuts, dairy, gluten, etc., most dishes can be adjusted accordingly):
    • Salad: Baby Boston Bib Wedge: Poached pear, raspberries, pecans, goat cheese quenelle, micro flowers, ranch & raspberry vinaigrette
    • Entrée Options:
      • Portabella Mushroom Steak with veggie and Chimichurri sauce (Vegan / Gluten free)
      • Filet Mignon with wild mushroom ragout with shallot – port wine demi, yellow sweet mashed potato, asparagus, and baby carrots
      • Stuffed Chicken Breast with baby spinach, sundried tomato and feta cheese, whole grain mustard velouté, sweet potato puree, asparagus, and baby carrots
      • Miso Glazed Chilean Sea Bass with wild mushroom and ginger sauce, steamed rice, baby bok choy, and baby carrots
  9.  All tickets that have already been registered by our cutoff of May 12, 2025 (included in sponsorship or purchased individually) may be transferred to another individual. If you need a ticket transferred to another individual, please contact us at generalassembly@wrcog.us no later than June 5th, 2025.
